Creative Combination Classes
Perfect introduction to dance, this fun filled class consists of tap to develop rhythm, and basic tumbling and
exercise. We will work on basic coordination skills and the development of imagination and expression.
Ages 2-6 Ballet/Tap
Ages 6-8 Tap/Jazz

Ballet
This class develops good body structure, posture, placement and technique.
Ballet is the basis for all dance forms. Beginner through advanced classes available.

Breakin’
This form of dance started in the 1970’s. A majority of movement will be taught  close to the floor on “all fours”.
Basic floor work will be taught and progress to more difficult skill sets once the strength is acquired.

Contemporary
This class involves flexibility and control.  A combination of ballet and jazz styles danced to contemporary music.

Jazz
A free movement of dance while incorporating technique, strength, kicks, turns, progressions and combinations of
various jazz styles.

Tap
A rhythmic form of dance which develops a strong sense of coordination, agility, and rhythm.

Acrobatics
Combining stretching, floor work, tumbling and dance. This style works on flexibility and gymnastic skills without
apparatus.

Hip Hop
The latest craze! A free-style form of dance using the latest music and moves seen in music videos and television
shows.

Cheer Dance
This class provides cheer leading skills and techniques incorporated with dance and acrobatics.

Jazz Fusion
This exciting style is a combination of Jazz, Contemporary and Modern Styles including floor work. Participation in
this class is based upon an instructor recommendation.

Musical Theater
This class is a combination of dancing, acting, and character interpretation. Students will learn to incorporate a
personality or story line into their dancing.

Adult Classes
We will be offering adult classes in Hip Hop, Dance Fitness, Yoga, and Ballet

Adult Yoga
Yoga stretch is a great workout for your mental and physical wellbeing. Develop strength, flexibility, and build tone
in your deep core muscles. This class will focus on improving flexibility and is a great way to get fit while balancing
the mind, body, and spirit. It is also ideal for those who suffer with back pain or arthritis.

Adult Beginner Ballet
Enjoy this hour of classical ballet with Beth. This class includes a combination of ballet barre and center floor
exercises that will build long lean muscles improve balance and increase flexibility. Build self-confidence while
bringing out your inner ballerina. No dance experience necessary.

Fridays are reserved for classes through the frontier community education
program.

Schedule is based on current enrollment levels and needs and is subject to change
in October pending final enrollment.

Class Schedule will be determined on enrollment reserved
Classes are offered at beginner through advanced
levels and may be taken by students  starting at the age
of 2 years through adult. Classes  are one hour in
length, with the exception of classes  with fewer than 5
students, which will be 45 minutes long.  
Epic Dance
Classes are open to both Girls and Boys.  We have a
number of gentlemen in the Epic Family.
